My name is Tiffany Handshoe Bachman and I am a mom, designer and foodie. I marvel at and write about the power of food and wine, and how it can inspire and change our lives… (particularly those of the moms + dads whose regular ‘dining out’ has become ‘eating in’.)

I was born and raised in small town Ohio and became a grown up in Chicago and New York City. My husband, daughter kids! (we recently had a baby boy), dog and I now live in burbs of Jersey CHICAGO! where we cook like amateurs and eat like fools. (I’m so happy Chicago has welcomed me back. My family relocated in late summer 2010, and we are thrilled to be back in the midwest.)

As an advocate of local businesses and good, clean, fair food, I’m on a mission to incorporate both consistently in my cooking and dining adventures.
